About Me

Chasing Clouds began as a personal trading journal.

I didn’t start this blog as an expert, a guru, or someone with a perfect track record. I started it as a learner — someone trying to make sense of the markets, my decisions, and the mistakes that come with the process.

Trading, to me, is less about predicting the future and more about understanding myself. Every trade reflects discipline, patience, fear, confidence, and sometimes overconfidence. This blog is where I document that journey — openly and honestly.

What This Blog Is About

This space is my:

Trading journal — entries on trades I take, ideas I explore, and systems I test Learning log — lessons from wins, losses, and everything in between Reflection space — thoughts on mindset, risk, and emotional discipline

You’ll find notes on technical analysis, market structure, indicators I’m experimenting with, and how my thinking evolves over time. Nothing here is polished hindsight — it’s real-time learning.

What This Blog Is Not

This is not a signal service.

This is not financial advice.

And it’s definitely not a “get rich quick” story.

It’s a record of progress, confusion, clarity, setbacks, and small breakthroughs — written so I can look back and see how far I’ve come.

Why I Share This Publicly

Writing forces clarity.

Publishing creates accountability.

By keeping this journal public, I stay honest with myself and, hopefully, offer something useful to others who are walking a similar path. If you’re learning to trade, rebuilding your approach, or simply curious about how someone thinks through the markets, you’re welcome here.

A Final Note

Markets are always changing — and so am I.

This blog will evolve as my understanding deepens. Some ideas will age well. Others won’t. That’s part of the process.

This is my trading journal.

This is my learning journey.

Thanks for being here.
